The different members of Newcastle covers band Sarki have come from party pop and hard rock backgrounds to combine these styles into a unique mix of songs.   Sarki is the brainchild of Scott Allen (ex Floating Heads) on drums and vocals, and Shane Kurnia (ex Spilt Milk) on guitar and vocals. They then enlisted the talents of Mathew Munro on lead vocals and percussion, and Dom Willson (both ex Men Without Shame) on bass guitar and vocals

Sarki’s repertoire includes songs from traditional favourites such as Bryan Adams, Hoodoo Gurus and INXS, through to current hits by acts such as Kings of Leon, White Stripes, Jet and Franz Ferdinand just to name a few.
